Not So Good

I just had the realization that Obama is going to be president. I’d wanted to believe it for awhile, but now I actually do.

And now Mr. McCain, if I may present a rebuttal on behalf of the world.

    Having grown up in the Deep South during the white supremacy of the 60s and 70s, I was in awe and hope last night when Barack Obama won enough delegates to become the Democratic nominee for president. I was also surprised by how emotional the moment was for me. Out of nowhere, I just burst into tears. Maybe the youth and progressives and people of the United States who really care about the earth and people other than themselves will finally get this country back on track. Let’s hope so. Go Barack!
