Cheney: Devil incarnate or just a Dick?

This is totally unbelievable to me. It tells me that he knew exactly what he was doing. It means he understood all of the negative consequences of their actions ahead of time and it wasn’t all just a big horrible mistake. The only motivation I can think of is money for Halliburton and his oil buddies. He’s clearly not after the adoration of the masses.
